Group Case: State of Colorado EV RFP

As part of my Strategic Planning class in the Public Relations program at BYU, we had multiple case studies and campaigns we worked through in teams. For this case, we responded to a real-life, live request for proposals (RFP) from the State of Colorado. Responses to RFPs are usually written proposals, however in our case it was a slide deck with a multi-page handout. We were given background, program objectives, and the deliverables expected of our campaign.
